Updated Bot List.

Just a suggestion I noticed while browsing the forums. The botlist on the forums
has not been updated recently, even though some new bots have been added to
chanstat. It currently says that there are currently only 21 bots up, when there are
actually 26 (which might confuse some people). Just thought I would post it here so
other people do not get confused :).
