BNC Update 11/30/11

The BNC will be updated late at night on 11/30/11 for the following fixes:

Added NAMESX support, which fixes some users not showing up with their proper status on channels
Fixed PLAYPRIVATELOG
Allowing whoising -psyBNC
Fixed connecting the BNC to servers while many other users are trying to connect to offline/invalid servers
