Bot's flood protection seems way too sensitive

I assume it's the bot and not the network I'm on (EsperNet). I can't send more than 1 command per minute (approximately) or I get ignored for flooding. This is very, very inconvenient at times. I've been ignored twice so far even when I was trying to be careful. All I did was 4 commands in 4 minutes and BAM, ignored on the 4th command.

Well that's exactly what I was bout to suggest: review the flood protect... you get banned for 10 minuts so often :/
