Command Suggestion: !Update

!Update would tell you how much time is left until the next time ChanStat
would update in your channel. I think it would be helpful because I find it
annoying when you are waiting for ChanStats to update, and you think it
is going to update in the next 5 minutes, but it is really going to be updating
in the next 1 and 1/2 hours. So you end up waiting forever for ChanStat to
update because you think it is going to update soon. It would be quite simple
to add to ChanStat and would be a great addition to it. (If you went ahead with
it a public "@" command might be useful as long as it is not spammed).
