I'm not sure how it happened, but figured it may be something worth looking into.
When a bot disconnects and comes back on a nick that its not supposed to be for some reason it will not part any channels for any reason (to keep it from messing up who it thinks it is and who it thinks the other bots are) which is probably what happened here. Once they /nick back to the correct one they start doing stuff as normal again.
I could be wrong(if so delete post) what about the +uL? Make a channel,link to another one and invite the bot to the newly created channel, which then links him tothe channel with the other bot already in it,and +u so the bot doesnt notice another?
